Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only offer postage in the UK via Royal Mail.  If you are overseas please contact us for a specific quote before purchase.

When will my order be shipped?

From Monday to Friday orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped on the same day wherever possible. On Saturdays orders placed before 10 am will be shipped on the same day wherever possible.

How do I get free shipping?

Free UK shipping is offered on all orders £30 and over by Royal Mail standard second class sign for delivery.  Orders over £50 will be sent first class sign for.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrived?

If your parcel has not arrived within a couple of days of the expected arrival date don’t panic, just email us at ezrabear@yahoo.com so we can look into what has happened.  If Royal Mail has been unable to deliver your item it will have been left at the local sorting office or Post office, where it will be held for 18 days before it is returned to sender.

My Parcel arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please notify us at ezrabear@yahoo.com within 48 hours with photographs of the damaged items and packaging so that we can find a resolution for you.  We need to be notified as soon as possible to enable us to make a claim.
